We’re Hiring — Senior Interior Designer (Healthcare Experience)


Our client, a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design scopes on prominent healthcare projects based in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a creative leader who can take concepts through to delivery while collaborating closely with clients, consultants and project teams to create functional, compliant and inspiring healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead interior design scopes from concept, schematic design and design development through to contract documentation and site support.
  • Produce design concepts, detailed drawings and presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with architectural, MEP and specialist consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
  • Select FF&E, finishes and materials appropriate for healthcare settings, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and infection-control requirements.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines and quality control across multiple projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and review their design outputs.
  • Attend client meetings and present design proposals, revisions and progress updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Proven portfolio with strong interior design work — healthcare experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, client-facing experience and leadership ability.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on tight project deadlines.
