A fantastic opportunity just opened up for a dynamic Senior HR Specialist to join a leading multinational organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being hands-on across the full employee lifecycle – from payroll and C&B to HRIS and operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- End-to-end Payroll Management (Fixed & Variable)
- Compensation & Benefits and HR Data Reporting
- Full-cycle HR Operations: Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding
- Policy Implementation, Employee Engagement, and Compliance
- Working on HR systems (SuccessFactors/Adrenaline is a plus)
- Promoting Health & Safety culture within the organization
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of HR experience, including Payroll & C&B
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Urdu
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Must be available to join within 30 days
