Qasioon Group is looking for a skilled and proactive Senior HR Officer to join its team at Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling core HR operations, supporting employee well-being, and contributing to the development and execution of effective HR policies and practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring healthy and positive employee relations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and collaborate with management to address performance gaps and implement improvement plans
  • Draft, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and UAE labor regulations
  • Coordinate with the accounting team by providing accurate attendance records and timesheets for payroll, leave salary, and end-of-service settlements
  • Manage group medical insurance policies and workmen’s compensation insurance requirements
  • Ensure HR operations comply with UAE labor laws and internal company guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer position within the UAE
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
