We Are Hiring – Senior HR Officer
We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Officer to support a busy HR function and help drive people-related processes across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling the full HR cycle—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, training, and HR operations—while ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist across the recruitment lifecycle: post vacancies, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and perform background checks.
- Manage new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth, professional start for hires.
- Maintain HR records and databases, keeping personnel files and HRIS data up to date and accurate.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary follow-ups, and performance management support.
- Assist the HR Manager with benefits administration, compensation matters, and payroll coordination.
- Organise and coordinate employee training and development initiatives; support T&D tracking and reporting.
- Provide regular HR reports and insights to management and stay current with HR best practices.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in HR or related roles with demonstrable HR operations exposure.
- Proven experience using Menaitech HRMS for HR operations and reporting.
- Strong background in Training & Development and coordinating learning programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
