Description:
ACE Cranes & Engineering FZ-LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee its human resources operations in Ras Al Khaimah. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for developing people-focused strategies that support business growth and organizational success.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions across the organization, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities to attract and retain top talent
• Manage employee relations and support performance management processes
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE Labour Law, and company regulations
• Design and coordinate training and professional development initiatives
• Support workforce planning and organizational development programs
• Provide guidance and leadership to HR teams and management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience
• Previous leadership experience in an HR managerial role
• UAE HR experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a dynamic environment
