Fletcher Piccolo Associates is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function across multiple UAE locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture to drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ HR Leadership: Formulate and implement HR policies, frameworks, and best practices in line with business objectives.
▪ Recruitment: Manage talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and recruitment processes to attract top talent.
▪ Employee Relations: Promote a supportive work environment and address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
▪ Compliance: Ensure all HR activities adhere to UAE labor laws and visa regulations.

Requirements:
