Role Overview
We have an urgent opening for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to join a fast-growing Travel Tech organisation in Dubai. This is a senior, hands-on HR leadership role responsible for shaping people strategy, embedding strong HR practices, and supporting rapid scale-up in a dynamic tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems and processes aligned with business goals and UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract technical and commercial talent across markets.
  • Partner with leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, succession and career development.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits administration, payroll coordination and HRIS optimisation.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes and ensure high standards of workplace engagement and wellbeing.
  • Lead learning & development initiatives and performance improvement programmes to build capability across the business.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour law and immigration requirements; act as the HR lead for audits and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience within the IT or technology sector, with demonstrable senior HR leadership exposure.
  • Regional Experience: Practical Middle East experience is essential — candidates with prior Dubai experience will be strongly preferred.
  • Education:MBA or equivalent HR specialisation is mandatory.
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes and regional HR practice.
  • Proven ability to lead HR transformation in a fast-paced, scaling company; hands-on with HRIS, recruitment tools and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, commercial mindset, and strong written & verbal communication.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
