Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join a growing HR team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and supporting employees throughout the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding and the full employee lifecycle.
- Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and local regulations.
- Manage employee relations matters and lead disciplinary processes when required.
- Provide payroll support and manage leave & attendance systems in coordination with payroll.
- Maintain HRMS/HRIS data accuracy and prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Support recruitment activities, performance management cycles and training initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of hands-on HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Practical experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms and HR reporting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle confidential information professionally.
