We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Executive to join our team in Fujairah, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with F&B experience who are locally available for in-person interviews. The Senior HR Executive will support the Group HR Manager and manage comprehensive HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to employee satisfaction and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations such as payroll support, attendance monitoring, and maintaining employee documentation.
- Conduct background checks and verify employment references.
- Lead orientation programs for new hires when needed.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
- Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience in the F&B or Hospitality sector within the UAE.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office with fast typing skills.
- Experience with HRIS or HRMS systems; knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
