Description:
Kanz Jewels is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HR Executive to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with strong expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, administration, and UAE labour regulations who are looking to grow with a well-established organization.
The successful candidate will oversee a broad range of HR and administrative responsibilities while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE employment regulations. Candidates with excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and hands-on experience with HR systems will be well suited for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, visa procedures, and company policies.
• Coordinate HR documentation, employee relations, and administrative activities.
• Maintain HR systems and prepare reports using Microsoft Office applications.
• Support management with HR initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, primarily in HR Operations.
• UAE experience will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Age below 35 years.
• Experience handling overall HR and Administration activities.
