We’re Hiring: Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) – Team Lead

Join our dynamic group of companies, including Flying Colour Business Setup Services, Flying Colour Tax & Accounting, Signature Habitat Real Estate, and Flying Colour Immigration Services, covering industries such as Company Formation, Management Advisory, Accounting & Tax, Real Estate, and Relocation Services.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead our talent acquisition team and drive strategic HR initiatives across our group.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage a team of 2–3 recruiters to ensure timely and quality hiring
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical positions across multiple entities
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Ensure positions are filled within 7 working days
  • Drive automation and digitization of HR processes to improve efficiency
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee issues and enhance retention
  • Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skillsets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in HR (preferred)
  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE HR experience is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HRMS/ATS tools and MS Office
