We are representing a confidential client who is seeking a high-impact Senior HR Business Partner to join their leadership-driven HR function in Dubai. This is a strategic, executive-facing role designed for an experienced HR professional who can align people strategy with business growth, transformation, and performance objectives.
The selected candidate will work closely with executive leadership and business heads, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR and people-related matters. The role requires strong commercial awareness, the ability to influence at senior levels, and hands-on experience in driving organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, leading performance management frameworks, talent development initiatives, and succession planning. You will also oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, and ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
Additional duties involve supporting organizational design, change management, and restructuring initiatives, while using HR data and people analytics to enable informed decision-making. Driving employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and leadership effectiveness across the organization will be a core focus of this role.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including time in a senior HRBP role. Strong experience partnering with executive leadership, in-depth knowledge of UAE labour law, and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or SPHR are highly preferred.
