Aldarari HR Solutions is recruiting an experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor for a hospital-based role in Al Ain. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled housekeeping professional with extensive leadership experience in both healthcare and luxury hospitality environments who can effectively manage large operational teams while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, lead a team of more than 100 employees, ensure compliance with hospital infection control protocols, and maintain exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations within the hospital facility.
• Lead, train, motivate, and monitor a team of more than 100 housekeeping employees.
• Ensure full compliance with hospital infection control policies, hygiene standards, and housekeeping SOPs.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure efficient housekeeping services.
• Maintain high operational standards while continuously improving service quality.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Mandatory experience in both hospital and 5-star hospitality environments.
• Proven experience managing 100+ housekeeping staff at a single location.
• Strong leadership, team management, and operational planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, infection control, hygiene standards, and quality assurance.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE.
