Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to take ownership of large-scale advertising campaigns across Google’s platforms. This role is dedicated entirely to Google Ads — Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max — with no involvement in social media or SEO. The successful candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to craft high-performing campaigns for diverse audiences across the UAE and MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Manage and monitor high monthly budgets exceeding AED 150,000 with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Develop advanced audience targeting, bidding tactics, and segmentation strategies.
  • Write, test, and refine compelling ad copy in both Arabic and English to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and present actionable insights through Looker Studio reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success managing large monthly budgets (AED 150,000+).
  • Expertise in Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaign types.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads platform, and Looker Studio.
  • Skilled in developing strategies to improve Quality Scores, optimize bids, and boost conversion rates.
  • Proven ability to create persuasive ad copy in both Arabic and English.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
