We are recruiting a senior-level professional who will independently lead the company’s end-to-end General Services and Administration operations. This role requires decisive leadership, strong coordination across multiple sites, and the ability to deliver high standards of service while optimising costs and ensuring compliance.

Role Overview (Deep Summary)
You will manage the complete General Services function — overseeing office facilities, staff accommodation, contracts, budgets, HSE compliance, vendor selection, events, and internal service delivery. You will act as the main point of contact between employees, senior management, landlords, contractors, and government authorities.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead all General Services operations across offices and employee accommodations.
  • Oversee maintenance and facility services including security, transport, cleaning, catering, pest control, and fit-out/modification works.
  • Control GS budgets and conduct monthly expense tracking and financial reporting.
  • Prepare technical scopes of work and conduct vendor bid evaluations and technical assessments.
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements (rent reviews, renewals, handovers) and manage landlord relations.
  • Ensure HSE compliance across all sites and participate in inspections and safety processes.
  • Manage permits and approvals required for office fit-outs or layout changes.
  • Coordinate VIP missions, corporate events and ADIPEC support when required.
  • Maintain GS documentation including contracts, dashboards, tenancy files and operational records.
  • Supervise the GS team to ensure smooth internal movements and high-quality service delivery.
  • Liaise with government entities and external institutions as the company’s representative.
  • Drive cost optimisation while upholding company safety and service standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of senior-level exposure in Admin, Facilities or General Services.
  • Skills: Strong MS Office and IT tool proficiency; excellent communication, negotiation and documentation skills.
  • Language: Strong command of English; working knowledge of Arabic preferred.
  • Capabilities: Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, contractors and cross-department coordination; comfortable making decisions under pressure and overseeing multi-location operations.
