Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain new features and capabilities for Conveyor’s SaaS platform and AI products, taking ownership across the full stack (backend, frontend, AI)
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables independently
• Collaborate closely with teammates and peers to ensure high-quality solutions
• Inform product roadmap and implementation decisions based on technical feasibility
• Ensure product maintainability to minimize technical debt and facilitate future enhancements
• Partner with Product and Design teams to plan and execute new features efficiently
• Provide constructive feedback through code and design reviews and mentor junior team members
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer, ideally in B2B SaaS and startup environments
• Strong experience building and scaling web applications with real users
• Proficient across the stack: Ruby on Rails, Python, React, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, AWS
• Familiarity with SaaS architecture, cloud infrastructure, authentication services, and popular databases
• Startup mentality: action-oriented, capable of fast iterations, solving problems with minimal guidance
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on fullstack technologies and patterns
• Strong product sense: actively contribute to roadmap decisions and propose improvements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to mentor others
• Commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences and taking ownership of work
Job Location:
• This role is open to candidates in the United States and Canada
• Remote-first position with occasional travel for in-person sessions
Estimated Total Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 per year
