We’re Hiring: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of full-stack web applications, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers
• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components for seamless integration and performance
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using frameworks like Vue or React
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Optimize front-end performance and implement testing strategies using tools such as Vitest, Jest, or Cypress
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application, database, integrations, and infrastructure layers
• Contribute to architectural discussions and recommend technologies for scalable, reliable software
• Mentor junior developers and promote technical growth within the team
• Drive technical architecture, design decisions, and enforce best practices including code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Participate in on-call rotations to promptly respond to incidents
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with Vue, PHP, and Laravel framework
• Experience writing and scaling REST APIs returning JSON
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, microservices, and API architecture
• Familiarity with IaC, containerization (Docker), modern DevOps practices, and automated testing
• Advanced knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL with experience in complex queries and performance tuning
• Expertise in Test Driven Development methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Python experience is a plus
