Description:
Prime Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to provide leadership in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning across multiple business units. This role will support budgeting and forecasting, develop analytical models, and act as a finance partner to departmental leadership teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of providing actionable insights to improve operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for assigned departments.
- Analyze trends, capital planning, and project performance to provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with department leadership as the “voice of Finance” and provide guidance on financial matters.
- Develop new analytical models to track cost drivers and key performance metrics.
- Mentor junior FP&A team members and provide guidance on financial best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business and finance goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. HS diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring visa or sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including complex formula creation.
- Experience in PBM, healthcare, contact centers, or government programs.
- Experience working with databases for data retrieval and analysis.
