About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and provide deep financial insight to support strategic decisions. You will build and maintain advanced financial models, lead variance analysis, manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver clear, actionable reports to business leaders. This role requires strong analytical skills, a SaaS or technology mindset, and the ability to translate complex financial data into recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial analysis & reporting: Produce thorough monthly reporting, variance analysis, and concise executive summaries that identify trends and business drivers.
  • Budgeting & forecasting: Partner with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and HR to develop and maintain budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Modeling & tools: Design, maintain, and improve financial models, dashboards and analytics to support FP&A activities and decision-making.
  • Commission & incentive modeling: Own end-to-end commission calculations, validation, and continuous improvement of compensation models.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Work with product, sales, and operations to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and drive financial discipline.
  • Process improvement: Identify and implement reporting efficiencies and FP&A best practices to scale with the business.
  • Strategic planning support: Perform scenario analysis and long-range planning to inform strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles—SaaS/tech experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, complex formulas) and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with financial systems such as Sage Intacct, Tableau, Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities in a remote environment.
  • Proven ability to build scalable models and improve financial processes.

Compensation & Benefits:
