Description:
Cimpress Services is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team, supporting the Cimpress Technology organization. This is a high-visibility, strategic role where you will collaborate directly with technology leadership to provide insights, drive transparency, and support budgeting and forecasting in a rapidly transforming environment. You will be instrumental in delivering financial reporting, managing full cost lifecycles, and contributing to decision-making processes that impact the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with Technology leadership to provide strategic financial insights and guidance
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver, identifying issues and driving solutions independently
  • Analyze actual versus budget/forecast variances and provide clear, actionable commentary to management
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for Cimpress Technology, including building financial models and analyses
  • Continuously improve and automate financial processes, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and insights
  • Drive ad-hoc financial analysis and project support in collaboration with the central FP&A team

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
  • 4-6 years of progressive finance experience, including 2-3 years in FP&A, preferably supporting Technology organizations
  • Strong knowledge of major technology cost drivers such as cloud spend and software capitalization
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data for financial and non-financial audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
