Hiring: Senior Finance Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-driven Senior Finance Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role involves handling complete Record to Report (R2R) functions, including monthly MIS reporting, auditing, technical accounting documentation, and financial statement preparation. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of accounting standards and practices, ensuring precision and compliance in all reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the complete R2R process.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Conduct internal and external audits to maintain compliance with accounting regulations.
- Develop technical accounting memos and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to support business financial decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
- At least 6 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong command of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as Oracle or SAP).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
