A growing company in Dubai is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Façade Designer with a strong background in UAE façade systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative design skills to deliver high-quality façade solutions while ensuring compliance with local standards and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in façade design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Good understanding of UAE building codes and project standards
- Strong coordination skills to work effectively with engineers, architects, and project teams
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed façade design drawings and technical documentation
- Review project specifications to ensure full compliance with standards
- Coordinate with production and site teams for successful design implementation
- Support project execution with technical expertise
- Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings for façade and aluminium systems
- Develop and maintain project schedules related to façade works
- Prepare cutting lists based on approved drawings
