Description:
Korn Ferry is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to senior leaders. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations for executive schedules, meetings, and communications while representing Korn Ferry internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily schedules, including internal meetings, client calls, video conferences, and cross-time-zone coordination.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries prior to departure.
- Prepare and submit accurate bi-monthly expense reports for senior leaders and reconcile statements; maintain timesheets in SAP.
- Act as a point of contact for external clients, managing communications and meetings to ensure a positive experience.
- Serve as the central administrative contact for inquiries and requests.
- Draft PowerPoint presentations and other business documents for senior leadership.
- Represent senior leaders and the organization in internal and external interactions.
- Handle phone calls and ensure coverage in collaboration with other support staff.
- Support colleagues with timely responses to administrative requests.
- Manage team and customer cadences, including quarterly business reviews, agendas, content collation, and acting as an extension of senior leaders.
- Execute special projects and manage logistics for events, meetings, and offsite gatherings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Professional Experience / Qualifications / Skills:
- Minimum of 8 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a business setting.
- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to work with senior executives across multiple regions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional acumen for internal management, staff, clients, and associates.
- High level of business acumen, decision-making ability, and operational insight.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable processes.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain flexibility in hours and responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-service focused with professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual collaboration platforms such as Zoom and Teams Webinar.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
