Description:
Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President of Global Technology Industries and Korn Ferry Digital. This remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong executive support experience, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to manage complex schedules across multiple regions.
The successful candidate will coordinate executive operations, manage communications, support business activities, organize meetings and travel, and act as an extension of senior leadership. The role requires strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, including internal meetings, conference calls across multiple time zones, video conferences, and client meetings.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Prepare and submit expense reports, reconcile statements, and maintain timesheets using SAP.
• Serve as a primary contact for external customers and manage professional communications.
• Schedule meetings, manage events, and support quarterly business reviews.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and business documents.
• Handle administrative tasks including file maintenance, scanning, photocopying, mailings, and meeting coordination.
• Support executive phone coverage and collaborate with other administrative staff.
• Manage team and customer communication schedules while supporting special projects.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant supporting senior executives in a business environment.
• Strong professionalism, judgment, and ability to work with senior leaders across multiple business areas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to improve operational processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Client management or service experience is highly preferred.
• Technology industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work PST hours.
• Strong knowledge of:
