Description:
USBC Interiors is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator – Interior Fit-Out & MEP to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive UAE experience in estimating interior fit-out and MEP projects who can deliver accurate cost analysis and support successful project bidding.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, and ensuring competitive project pricing. Candidates with strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out and MEP market are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and MEP projects.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs and evaluate project costs.
• Support the tendering process by preparing competitive bid submissions.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate pricing and cost planning.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out and MEP estimation.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with the UAE fit-out and MEP market.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
