Senior Electrical Engineer
- 8–12 years of experience in building services design
- Expertise in LV distribution, lighting, fire detection, earthing, and MEP planning
- Knowledge of sustainable design standards (LEED, Estidama, Dubai Green Building Code)
- Proficient in Revit, Dialux, Amtech, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Senior Mechanical Engineer
- 8–12 years of Middle East project experience
- Skilled in HVAC, ventilation, life safety, and BMS systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP/TRACE, and Navisworks
- Familiarity with NFPA, ASHRAE, CIBSE, and UAE building codes
Senior Structural Engineer
- 8–10 years of structural design experience
- Knowledge of ACI, ASCE, AISC, IBC, UBC standards
- Experienced with ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD, and Tekla
