What You’ll Do:
- Apply AI tools and automation across all aspects of your role and team processes
- Lead a full-stack engineering team to deliver critical product initiatives with speed and quality
- Partner closely with Product and Design to define roadmap priorities, delivery plans, and technical tradeoffs
- Improve engineering efficiency and operational excellence through AI-driven workflows
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineers through regular feedback and career guidance
- Maintain a high standard for execution, planning, and delivery across development cycles
- Contribute to and influence broader engineering best practices as part of the engineering leadership group
- Champion customer-focused decision-making to ensure solutions meet real user needs
What You’ve Done:
- At least 4 years of experience in an engineering management role delivering complex software products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, product-focused environments
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance development, testing, documentation, and incident response
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to guide architecture and unblock teams
- Experience coaching Senior and Staff-level engineers and supporting their growth
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results quickly
- Strong customer empathy and commitment to user-centered product development
