Description:
CCECC Dubai is currently hiring experienced Senior Engineers across multiple disciplines including Planning, Utility, HSE, and QA/QC for a major RTA infrastructure mega project. These roles are crucial in ensuring the successful execution of large-scale engineering works with strict adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

  • Lead and manage specialized engineering departments such as Planning, Utility, HSE, or QA/QC depending on assignment
  • Ensure all construction and project phases comply with international infrastructure standards and client requirements
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, environmental (HSE) policies or quality assurance and control procedures across site operations
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery (Planning role)
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflow, resources, and site productivity
  • Conduct technical evaluations, inspections, and audits to maintain compliance and quality benchmarks
  • Support project execution for large-scale government infrastructure initiatives under RTA guidelines
  • Provide technical leadership and problem-solving support across engineering functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Strong experience in UAE or GCC infrastructure, utilities, or large construction projects
  • Familiarity with international project standards and regulatory compliance
  • Certifications such as PMP, NEBOSH, or QA/QC are highly preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking, coordination, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage complex engineering tasks in a high-pressure project environment
