Description:
Belgravia Contracting Company (BCC) is seeking experienced Senior Electrical Engineers / Electrical Engineers to join its construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in electrical works for high-rise residential building projects and proven experience managing site-based electrical activities.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising electrical installations, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and supporting project teams in achieving quality, safety, and timely completion objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage electrical works at construction sites.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other MEP disciplines.
• Ensure electrical works are executed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of electrical activities.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and local regulations.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and workforce performance.
• Support project teams in achieving schedule, quality, and cost targets.
Requirements:
• B.E – Electrical / B.Tech – Electrical qualification.
• 10+ years of total experience in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in UAE high-rise residential building projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction activities and site management.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and MEP teams.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Electrical installations, testing, and commissioning.
• Construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• UAE construction regulations and HSE requirements.
