Description:
PM Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager for a Dubai-based opportunity. This position is suited for a highly accomplished technology professional with extensive experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS platforms, digital products, and large-scale transformation programs across the UAE and GCC region.
The ideal candidate will lead complex technology initiatives, oversee multiple delivery teams, collaborate with technical and executive stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and program delivery expertise within agile and hybrid project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the successful delivery of enterprise software, SaaS, and digital transformation projects.
• Manage multiple cross-functional delivery squads while ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear project updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes using agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee project risks, timelines, and resource planning to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
• Minimum 11 years of experience in technology, SaaS, and digital product delivery.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software, e-commerce, and government digital service projects.
• Experience managing large regional technology initiatives across the UAE and GCC.
• Strong background leading multiple agile delivery teams simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success in delivering major software releases on schedule with minimal operational issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• ICAgile and PMP certifications are required.
• Additional product management qualifications are an advantage.
