As a Senior Data Analyst on the centralized Analytics team, you will help scale our business intelligence systems, democratize data access, and champion analytics best practices. You’ll work closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a core contributor to the GTM Analytics team, supporting initiatives with rigorous data analysis.
• Lead analyses that enhance GTM performance, including sales rep productivity, opportunity funnel analysis, conversion rates, and sales motion optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide planned and ad hoc analyses, translating business questions into actionable analytical outputs.
• Build and maintain advanced analytical models—propensity to buy, upsell, expansion, and churn—to guide prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Document dashboards, metrics, and data definitions in collaboration with the data enablement team to support stakeholder understanding and self-service.
• Identify opportunities to improve analyses and processes, continuously developing technical and domain expertise.
• Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours to support remote, global operations.
Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, data, or a related role supporting GTM, sales, revenue, or customer-facing teams.
• Proficiency with modern data tech stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (Omni, Looker, Tableau).
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, and dashboard building expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into measurable metrics and communicate insights effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and adapt to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary range: $134,000 – $210,000 (based on location, skills, and experience)
