Job Description

• Sending Invoices, Payment Follow-Up via calls / emails:
• Send the Undertaking letter to client (for 3rd party payments)
• Sharing Payment Receipt and Booking Receipt
• Sharing Statement of Accounts (SOA) to Clients
• Handling Customer Queries efficiently and provide supreme customer experience.
• Arranging Trustee Appointments with clients
• Sending initial contract of sale and title deeds to client
• Preparing all reports from Zoho (CRM Software)
• Attractive salary as per Market Standards.
