About the Role:

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Contracts & Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving strategic sourcing, ensuring compliance, and optimizing vendor relationships. This role is perfect for professionals who bring expertise in procurement strategy and contract management, especially those who have worked within the UAE government or non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review contracts to ensure alignment with legal standards, internal policies, and best practices
  • Monitor contract performance, key deliverables, and expiration dates
  • -Draft, amend, and negotiate contract terms with suppliers and service providers
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to support organizational goals and cost-efficiency
  • Participate in annual procurement planning alongside department heads
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and bid assessments based on quality, pricing, and compliance
  • Ensure all sourcing activities are fair, transparent, and compliant
  • Analyze procurement trends, supplier performance, and market data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Generate reports on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and contract performance for leadership
  • Oversee the full tendering process, including RFP/RFQ development, evaluations, and awards
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and user departments to ensure seamless contract execution
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement in procurement and contract workflows
  • Assist with procurement system implementation and automation tools
  • Provide timely and effective procurement support to internal stakeholders
  • Resolve supplier disputes and delays in coordination with relevant teams
  • Promote procurement policy awareness and training across departments

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of procurement law, contract terms, and tendering processes
  • Proven experience working in or with UAE government entities or non-profit organizations (preferred)
  • Fluent in Arabic (preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in procurement systems and data analysis tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail
