Our client, a US-based pharmaceutical company , is seeking a Senior Chargeback Coordinator to join their team in Maple Grove, MN, working 100% remote. As a Senior Chargeback Coordinator, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Corporate Controller. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Chargeback Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote, Reporting to Maple Grove, MN
Pay Rate: $33-35/HR
Contract Duration: 3-Months
Job Function
- Maintain all protocols of Customer Master creation and ensure consistent record management.
- Monitor and maintain an accurate membership list for all contracts.
- Resolve and correct contract discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Administer all aspects of the chargeback processing system through daily verification of chargeback data.
- Communicate regularly with wholesalers and other contract customers to provide information and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; additional education in finance or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of office experience with at least 2 years in a contract administration support role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to audit and analyze chargeback claims.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
