Description:
Wisewell is currently hiring a Senior Bookkeeper to join its growing team. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who can manage complex accounting operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain strong financial control across multiple entities. This position plays a key role in supporting clean financial processes just as the company focuses on delivering clean water solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Handle inventory accounting including fleet hardware, cost of goods sold (COGS), and refurbishment tracking
• Oversee intercompany transactions and transfer pricing across a multi-entity structure
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and corporate tax requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit and reporting processes
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial transparency and control
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience independently managing month-end close processes
• Strong expertise in inventory accounting using ERP systems such as Zoho, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or similar
• Proven experience working with multi-entity group accounting structures
• Must be based in Dubai or open to remote work (for the right candidate)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Zoho Books
• CPA / CA / ACCA qualification
• Background in startups or fast-growing companies
• Experience in Big 4 accounting firms
