A reputable organization is currently looking to hire a Senior Billing Executive – PMV Transport to support billing and revenue management operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling billing processes related to plant, machinery, and vehicle (PMV) operations, particularly within heavy equipment or construction environments.
This role involves managing invoicing activities, ensuring accurate billing based on equipment usage, and maintaining proper financial control across projects and rental operations.
• Handle billing processes for PMV and heavy equipment operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare invoices based on equipment utilization, project usage, and rental agreements
• Maintain proper pricing structures and ensure correct data entry in ERP systems
• Monitor revenue streams and ensure accurate recording of project and rental income
• Coordinate with site teams and operations staff to gather equipment usage data
• Ensure compliance with internal billing procedures and financial controls
Requirements:
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in billing or administrative roles
• Industry experience in PMV, heavy equipment, transport, or construction is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of equipment utilization, rental billing processes, and site operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics or similar platforms
• High level of accuracy with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Accounting background will be an added advantage
