Hriing Senior Backend Developer/ Engineer

Role Type: Outsourced, Full time, On-site

Contract Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and APIs.
• Implement microservices architectures to ensure scalability and modularity.
• Lead integration with third-party APIs, ensuring seamless data flow, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable, secure, and robust application architectures.
• Leverage knowledge of design patterns, UML, and architectural blueprints.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, maintainability, and performance standards.
• Design and deploy solutions on AWS leveraging services such as S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS etc.
• Utilize AWS Step Functions and CloudWatch for optimized workflows and monitoring.
• Design and optimize database schemas for PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Ensure efficient query performance and database scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment cycles and automated testing.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications and Experience (Essential):

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven expertise in microservices and API design.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EKS etc).
• Strong database knowledge in both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB).
• Proficiency in implementing design patterns, UML diagrams, and architectural frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of front-end frameworks to facilitate end-to-end collaboration.
