Description:
Remote is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Finance to join our fully remote, globally distributed team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic financial initiatives, M&A activities, and capital raising efforts while supporting the company’s growth into new products and markets. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, perform financial analyses, and manage reporting for investors and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate inbound M&A opportunities and proactively reach out to potential targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute live M&A projects.
- Conduct analyses supporting Remote’s global expansion into new products and markets.
- Execute ad hoc strategic projects critical to company growth.
- Support the Strategic Finance team with annual and long-term corporate modeling.
- Prepare materials and coordinate stakeholders for equity and debt capital raising, facilitating due diligence and transaction closure.
- Manage reporting and ad hoc requests for investors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, high-growth start-ups, or public tech companies.
- Expert modeling skills, including building full company operating models and long-term plans.
- Successful experience closing M&A transactions or equity/debt capital raising.
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter capable of thriving in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; remote work experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $41,350 – $116,300, dependent on location, experience, and skills.
