We are seeking an experienced Civil Architect with extensive expertise in residential villa construction in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee architectural design coordination, prepare shop drawings, manage authority submissions, and provide site support to ensure all projects align with approved drawings and specifications.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in the UAE, with mandatory exposure to residential villa construction
- Strong understanding of building construction details, materials, and techniques
- Experience in design coordination, preparation of shop drawings, and as-built documentation
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority approvals and local construction regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, engineers, and on-site teams
