This role focuses on A/B testing, multivariate experimentation, personalization strategies, and advanced analytics to improve digital engagement and conversion outcomes across platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and the ability to mentor and guide analytics teams while building scalable testing frameworks and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute A/B and multivariate testing programs
• Analyze behavioral and performance data to generate actionable insights
• Build scalable testing methodologies and reporting frameworks
• Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams on optimization initiatives
• Develop queries, dashboards, and analytical processes to support decision-making
• Train and mentor analytics team members on tools and best practices
• Support ad-hoc analytics requests and reporting needs
• Establish standards for experimentation and data-driven optimization
• Drive improvements in customer experience and conversion performance
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related field
• Strong experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and A4T
• Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of R and/or Python
• Experience with Databricks, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimental design
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
