  • Partner with analysts and data scientists across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable and high-quality data models
  • Enable self-service analytics by making models accessible in platforms such as Omni, Hex, and Sigma, and by building intuitive dashboards and explores

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in sports, fantasy sports, or gaming industries
  • Exposure to real-time or streaming analytics use cases
  • Contributions to the dbt community or open-source analytics projects
  • Familiarity with data observability tools such as Monte Carlo or Elementary

What Underdog Offers:

  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Home office stipend
  • Remote-first culture with strong team connectivity
  • 5% 401(k) match, FSA options, and company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans for employees and dependents
