Description:
We’re hiring a Senior Analyst — Investment & Strategy (Assistant Manager level). Our client is a prominent real estate developer known for landmark residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and will play a central part in supporting investment decisions, financial analysis and strategic planning across development and asset portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investment Appraisal & Financial Modelling: Prepare detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis) and conduct feasibility studies for new developments and acquisitions.
  • Market & Opportunity Analysis: Carry out market research, competitor benchmarking and sector analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Investment Documentation & Presentations: Draft investment memos, business cases and board/investment-committee presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Transaction Support & Due Diligence: Assist in structuring transactions, coordinate due-diligence activities and work with external advisors when required.
  • Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting: Track asset performance, prepare periodic reports and KPI dashboards to inform senior management and investors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams (development, finance, legal) and external parties (brokers, consultants) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate investment, strategy or financial analysis (agency, developer or advisory experience is valued).
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, with the ability to build robust valuation and cashflow models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable preparing materials for senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder management experience and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with valuation or portfolio tools is an advantage.
