We are currently seeking a highly organized and adaptable Senior Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative and personal support in a fast-paced executive environment. This role is designed to support the Senior Executive Assistant and CEO by managing complex schedules, communications, and sensitive personal tasks with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate is agile, people-focused, and able to pivot quickly as priorities evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to manage a dynamic calendar, including business and personal appointments
- Coordinate detailed domestic travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the CEO and, when required, for personal or family-related events
- Act as a backup liaison for personal stakeholders and family members, handling requests with professionalism and confidentiality
- Draft and manage personal correspondence, milestone acknowledgements, and communications that support the CEO’s personal brand
- Lead and execute special projects and personal assignments, including event planning, logistics coordination, errands, and household-related tasks
- Handle all sensitive and personal information with absolute integrity and discretion
- Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and messages in a timely manner to keep personal and professional matters well organized
- Anticipate needs, proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, and address logistical challenges before they escalate
- Support corporate events and social planning activities as requested
- Demonstrate leadership in corporate responsibility initiatives such as recycling programs, social advocacy, and volunteer activities
- Fulfill food safety responsibilities associated with the role
- Perform additional duties as business needs require
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This role does not include direct supervisory duties
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing administrative support to senior executives or C-suite leaders
- Experience in CPG or other fast-paced industries is an advantage
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and prepare reports and correspondence
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and professional communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette, deadline management, and ability to proof one’s own work
