We are seeking a highly capable Senior Administrative Assistant to support a leading organization in the Finance & Insurance sector. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations for leadership and delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team that values initiative, effective communication, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently schedule meetings, resolving conflicts and anticipating leadership needs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and ensure all attendees are well-prepared.
• Attend meetings to capture action items and track deliverables for follow-up.
• Plan and execute team-building activities and other internal events with precision.
• Collaborate with the Executive Support team to share best practices and optimize processes.
• Manage expense reports and complex travel arrangements accurately.
• Support invoice processing, purchase orders, and assist with budget analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 2-4 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting Revenue or Commercial leadership teams.
• Highly proactive, strategic, and able to anticipate needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings with flexibility to pivot quickly.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and travel management tools.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to constructive feedback.
