Description:
Conifer Health Solutions is hiring a seasoned Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level remote support to multiple senior leaders (including SVP/VP-level). The role demands exceptional organizational ability, strong communication, and discretion when handling confidential matters. You will partner closely with leadership to manage calendars, logistics, reporting, and a variety of daily operational tasks to keep the leadership team focused and productive.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct telephone inquiries and manage extensive calendar scheduling, resolving conflicts and prioritizing meetings.
  • Complete routine and recurring tasks accurately and on time (payroll/time management support, report generation, internal control reporting, meeting setup).
  • Prepare travel arrangements and expense reports for leaders; review and resolve issues prior to approval.
  • Maintain department operations including budget tracking, report processing, vendor relations, supplies, equipment, and new hire onboarding.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics: documents, presentations, room setup, catering, and technical needs.
  • Serve as an internal and external point of contact representing supported leaders and escalating/resolving issues as they arise.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Capacity to fully support priorities for 6–10 leaders through to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Typing speed of approximately 40 WPM.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and interact effectively at all staff/management levels.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint).

Education / Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant corporate experience acceptable.
  • 3–5 years supporting executive-level leadership; prior healthcare administration experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay range: $23.90 – $38.30 per hour (actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience).
  • Position may be eligible for a signing bonus for qualified hires, subject to employment status.
