What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Process vendor invoices accurately and perform detailed employee expense audit reviews.
• Ensure monthly accounts payable closing is completed on time in line with internal deadlines.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve invoice or payment-related issues efficiently.
• Review and audit expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization, including senior management.

What Is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense functions.
• Strong proficiency in ERP accounting systems and Travel & Expense platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
