We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant – Remote
CFS is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
- Perform VMS reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
- Support collections and manage accounts receivable aging schedules.
- Review vendor invoices and create payables within the AP subledger.
- Reconcile and analyze the general ledger, completing balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience; experience in both public and private sectors is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
