Art Nouveau Decor FZ LLC is expanding its finance leadership team and is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant / Finance Executive to support the company’s growing regional operations. This role is designed for a finance professional who brings strong financial discipline, in-depth IFRS knowledge, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
This position goes beyond traditional accounting responsibilities. The selected candidate will contribute directly to financial clarity, project profitability analysis, and strategic financial planning as the organization continues to scale within the luxury retail display and turnkey fit-out industry.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing end-to-end accounting activities with full IFRS-compliant reporting
• Overseeing project-based cost control, margin analysis, and cash-flow planning
• Producing management insights using Power BI dashboards and financial analytics
• Ensuring accurate VAT filings, audit readiness, and statutory compliance
• Working closely with leadership, project, and procurement teams to support business growth through financial intelligence
Candidate requirements include:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance with strong academic grounding
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA will be an advantage
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Prior exposure to project-based environments such as fit-out, manufacturing, or construction is highly preferred
• Strong command of IFRS, including revenue recognition and project accounting
• Proven hands-on experience using Power BI for dashboards, reporting, and financial analysis
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations, statutory compliance, and audit processes
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Odoo, Zoho, Tally, or similar platforms
• High attention to detail, integrity, and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently while providing meaningful financial insights to senior management
