Description:

Fincirc is currently seeking a skilled and detail-focused Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who is ready to manage the full accounting lifecycle while contributing to a performance-driven work environment. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, hands-on system experience, and the ability to manage financial processes with accuracy and efficiency.

The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and take full responsibility for the complete accounting cycle from recording to reporting
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and present financial insights to senior management
• Supervise accounting operations and guide team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accuracy and reliability in financial records, reconciliations, and reporting processes
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Ensure VAT compliance, including preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation during audit processes
• Implement, manage, and maintain accounting software systems to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• ACCA qualified candidates with 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience
• CA qualified fresh candidates within the UAE are also encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and financial reporting standards
• Practical experience using Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho accounting software
• Solid expertise in preparing and analyzing MIS reports
• Demonstrated experience in supervising or managing accounting teams
• Ability to oversee end-to-end accounting functions independently
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join promptly
