SMS Group is looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant – Tax & Accounting Executive to join our finance team.
This role is ideal for professionals experienced in bookkeeping, VAT registration & filing, and UAE Corporate Tax compliance, who thrive in a structured, detail-oriented environment.
You’ll work closely with our internal client-handling team, managing financial operations for clients across diverse industries.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years in an accounting firm or similar role
- Strong expertise in bookkeeping, VAT, and Corporate Tax
- Background in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Immediate availability (no notice period)
- Proficiency with cloud-based accounting tools (e.g., Zoho Books)
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping across various clients
- Manage VAT registration, compliance, and return filing
- Handle Corporate Tax registration, liability calculations, and FTA submissions
- Ensure audit-ready documentation as per UAE regulations
- Collaborate with the internal team for smooth financial workflows
